DESCRIPTION
In the morning, you will take our English for Academic Purposes (EAP) courses to prepare you to achieve success in English-speaking public schools! In the afternoon, you have an option to take various electives to improve your English further: high school academic Vocabulary (Summer), writing, pronunciation, communication, and more.
Upon successful completion of EAP, you have an option to choose a specific High School by submitting three preferences (the placing will depend on each school's availability). Both districts have a great variety of special academic programs, sports teams, and activities to choose.

Where the HIGH SCHOOL BRIDGE PROGRAM will be taught in Vancouver?
Our VanWest College school is located on the Vancouver and Kelowna, British Columbia campuses.
The school is accredited by the Government of Canada's Ministry of Advanced Education (PTIB), which assures students that it offers education and training programs that meet and exceed high-quality educational standards and student protection.
The courses are highly interactive, and are taught by teachers with extensive experience in teaching languages, the classes are designed to improve students' communication skills.
Students will acquire the essential real-life skills necessary to be successful in a work environment.
Our school has 17 bright classrooms equipped with the latest advances in language teaching, free Internet access and a fully equipped language laboratory to meet the needs of students.
The classes are for a maximum of 15 students and we always try to mix students of different nationalities in the classes.
We have several types of courses, from general or intensive English courses to advance the knowledge of the language and courses for children from 7 years old.
We offer an extensive program of cultural and sports activities that helps students make their stay a fantastic experience in Vancouver.

Conditions of the school
- The fees must be paid by 14 days before the start date of the course in order to finalise your inscription and to be assured of your place on the course and in the accommodation.
- All bank charges must be paid by the student.
- There is no reimbursement of the course fees or of any other service contracted, in the case cancellation of the course by the student once the course is underway. .
- There is no refund for late arrival, absence or early departure due to transport problems or for any other reason once the course is underway..

- Any cancellation or change which affects the services contracted must be communicated to the school in writing. On making the reservation of the course the student has agreed to the cancellation and refund policy.
