This intensive English course in Valleta, Malta, offers 15 hours per week of communicative and dynamic activities designed to improve vocabulary, grammar and oral expression and comprehension as well as some written work, and Social Activities / vents programme.
The course is especially designed to be attractive for students over 50 years old who may not have done any formal study for some time. Most of the activities and tasks are enjoyable and stimulating, so that you will not forget the experience or the English learned here.The small number of students in class allows for an individual attention during activities both in and outside the classroom. There are many cultural activities included in the course and you will have the opportunity to get to know key attractions in the area such as La Valleta, Gozo, Mdina, acruise with opportunities for shopping, the Temples of Tarxien...There are also evening meals and drinks occasions, where you can watch the sun go down. The atmosphere on this course is relaxed, so that you will enjoy your stay here as well as making progress in English.

Mediterranean cultural setting and use English as your language of universal communication.
3-hour morning social interactive discussions in English guided by a professional English teacher for 5 days a week
Five afternoon or evening activities every week on the arts, crafts, cuisine and Mediterranean healthy foods, country trekking and walks, Christianity and Knights crusaders and Valletta the European City of Culture 2018.
Great opportunities to explore our beautiful Maltese Islands, their traditions, curiosities, culture and heritage and to network internationally with new friends.

Our school Prize English NSTS in Valleta, Malta, NSTS, was founded in 1963 and is the first English school in Malta.
The school is located a few minutes’ walk from the Sliema harbour, in the popular nightlife area of St. Julians where you can find many bars, restaurants and discotheques, frequented by the multi-national community, many of whom are studying here.
Our school has its own sun terrace, café and even private beach area.
The school is bright and modern, with well-equipped classrooms, each with digital whiteboards. There is access to Wifi throughout the school.
The school offers a wide variety of English courses for adults and young learners and families.
We keep our class sizes small to ensure increased student – teacher interaction and a more personal learning experience. For example Intensive English classes have an average of 6 and a maximum of 8 students and Business English classes have an average of 4 and a maximum of 6 students.
Unlike many other Mediterranean holiday destinations, Malta holidays offer you a lot of possibilities even outside off the high season. Outdoor activities such as biking or hiking are very popular during the rest of the year and many people flock to cultural and historical sites to learn more about Malta’s past and present whilst enjoying the country’s mild winter weather.
In the activity programme, you can meet and socialize with other students and teachers by taking part in both sports and cultural activities, as well as in excursions and boat trips to places such as the island of Gozo, Valleta or M’dina.

- There is no refund for late arrival, absence or early departure due to transport problems or for any other reason once the course is underway.
