Several monuments testify to the city's diversity, history, its views of the Neckar River and the Elector's Castle on the side of the Königstuhl mountain. The castle garden offers a breathtaking view of Heidelberg, including
the walk of the philosophers, which is located on the opposite bank of the Neckar.
