English course for children from 6-14 years old in Wexford, course of 20 lessons or 15 hours per week + 3 afternoons of sports and cultural activities.
The focus is on General English with an emphasis on Communicative Activities conducted in an enjoyable way to ensure a positive and maximum learning experience.
The course includes: classes in the mornings and programmed activities on 3 afternoons, as well as one full day excursion per week.
The children learn English through a variety of child centred, fun filled activities under the expert supervision of fully qualified teachers. The main focus is on conversation practise. The children will be placed in a group according to their age and ability. Three optional afternoon activities per week and one daytrip on the weekend accompany the course. Examples for activities are a boattrip to the seal colonies, a trip to the oldest operating lighthouse in the world, crab fishing, golf, horseriding, Irish dancing workshop, hurling workshop, pottery workshop. Transport and admission charges apply.
The students make friends with others from other countries and gain valuable cultural experience as well as learning English.
Children aged 6 to 12 can now join an afternoon club with Irish children.
The parents can be assured that while they are doing their course, their children are in excellent hands.

Our Prize English School in Wexford is situated in an ideal location for those who wish to experience this part of Southern Ireland, and takes pride in the pleasant family atmosphere there.
The school welcomes both individuals and groups who need to improve their English language skills for personal or professional reasons, and its special courses in 2014 include family courses at Easter, in July and August, a language and golf course at Easter, FCE exam preparation courses in May and August, a Celtic Culture course for people over 50 in September/October, a language course during the Wexford Festival of Opera in October/November and a Learn and Stay in your teacher´s home programme in winter. Whilst the parents are taking part in an intensive general English course, their children can be doing a junior course in another part of the same building.
If you prefer to rent an apartment or a house in the town of Wexford, we recommend self-catering especially for families who attend to our familiy courses. This gives families more freedom to suit your own tastes.

- There is no refund for late arrival, absence or early departure due to transport problems or for any other reason once the course is underway.
