Our Intensive English combines 15 hours of General English with an extra 6 clock hours of lessons a week. The focus is on developing your confidence as a speaker and communicator in English through better grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.
Although this is a general Intensive option, if you want to prepare for an examination such as Cambridge FCE, CAE or IELTS, then this is the option for you. You will get plenty of exam practice and we recommend buying an exam book.

Our school in Totnes is located in a notable building which has a wondeful view over the main street in this pretty town.
Totnes is a place with a good offer of cultural events such as live music in bars and theatres, exhibitions and plays. There are also lovely shops and good restaurants where you can sample the famuos local products.
The town is an ideal starting point if you wish to get to know more of the county of Devon, and there are excellent transport connections to the cities of Exeter and Plymouth, as well as villages and the famous caves.
