Course for teens 12-17 years old, with accommodation and excursions in Ennis
Students can take a course for any period from two weeks to four weeks.
All Courses include:
Full board host family accommodation
15 hours (60 minute hours) of tuition in classes maximum and 5 students
One teacher is programmed for every 10 students
Beginner and elementary students have smaller classes
Entry placement test with grammar, listening, speaking, reading and writing on the first day
Orientation programme on the first day
All Course materials supplied
Return airport transfers from Dublin Airport
All-day excursions on Saturdays
A choice of fun arts or sports activities, golf, horse riding or surfing.
Disco or film each week on Thursdays
Certificate of level achievement according to the Common European Framework on departure
The most popular option for activities is our Multi-activities programme which has two Pathways Arts and Sports. During their orientation the Multi-activities students are given time to consider which pathway they would prefer and to ask questions about the timetable and content of the activities.
The Arts Pathway includes a photography project, jewellery making, mask making, scavenger hunt, hip hop dancing and a talent show.
The Sports pathway includes football, basketball, rugby skills, American Bowling, fun Olympics, pool competition, ping pong league, woodland challenge and Quasar.
On their first Monday each student is given a full orientation programme where the school timetable, rules and programme is fully explained to them. Students are also taken on a guided walk of the town of Ennis with a specially designed questionnaire to facilitate their understanding of the location of the principal features of the town including the library, swimming pool, police station and shopping areas.
Students taking sports options are given the timetable for their activity at orientation. They are also reminded of what they need to bring for their sport each day and any information concerning meeting times or meeting points is explained to them.

Our school Prize English is located in the small city of Ennis, at only 20 minutes drive from Shannon airport and 30 minutes from the stunning Moher cliffs.
The school offers a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, due to its modest size and the uncongested area in which it is located.
It was established 20 years ago and is officially recognized by the Irish Education Authority.
You can take a general English course or a Business English course if you prefer, as well as doing one of our intensive exam preparation courses.
We are particularly proud of our Family English programme which involves the perfect learning conditions for each member of the family from the youngest child to the adult parents.
Everybody does their main language course content in a compatible morning timetable, and in the afternoons the whole family takes part in our social and cultural programme, where they get a privileged insight into Irish life and culture, and where they have great fun taking part in our physical and intellectual tasks.
The family has an ideal opportunity to make new friends with others from many different countries, using English as the language of communication.
We teach our students about Ireland, having them learn Irish dance, poetry, music and art. Our teachers are all qualified and experienced and they take part fully in all our activities making it a real English led immersion programme.

Conditions of the school
- The fees must be paid by 21 days before the start date of the course in order to finalise your inscription and to be assured of your place on the course and in the accommodation.
- All bank charges must be paid by the student.
- There is no reimbursement of the course fees or of any other service contracted, in the case cancellation of the course by the student once the course is underway.
- There is no refund for late arrival, absence or early departure due to transport problems or for any other reason once the course is underway.

- Any cancellation or change which affects the services contracted must be communicated to the school in writing. On making the reservation of the course the student has agreed to the cancellation and refund policy.
